Refund policy

Upon purchasing from FilmdCo please keep in mind that we are a vintage film camera store therefore the majority of our products come with signs of wear from decades of use. We assure you that all distinctive marks including scratches, dents and marks are stated in the product description and by purchasing you are accepting the item as shown/stated. However all items are thoroughly mechanically tested to guarantee a fully functional item.

All of our cameras are shipped in our very own custom FilmdCo travel box, this ensures your camera is as safe as can be when on it's way to you. Some camera's will be shipped in their original box if included as stated on ad.

Unfortunately we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

FilmdCo does not take responsibility for the following (not limited to);
Damage due to misuse.
Damage caused by wear and tear.
Damage caused by tampering with the product or use of accessories.

For items in non working condition or with issues upon inspection after delivery we offer a 7 day warranty.

In the circumstance where a product has not arrived in the condition stated and shown when purchasing please get in contact with our team at Filmdcompany@gmail.com and we will resolve the issue ASAP.
