Are all the cameras tested and 100% working?
Yes. Every camera goes through our full testing process to ensure it is fully functional before being listed for sale.
Are batteries and chargers included?
Yes. All cameras come with either their original batteries and chargers, or brand new replacements. What’s included will always be listed in the individual product description.
What memory card or film stock does my camera take?
All compatibility details are listed in the product description. Please read carefully, as some models may require specific cards or film types. Cameras are sold without memory cards or film rolls unless stated otherwise.
Do you sell accessories for the cameras?
Yes! We stock a range of accessories that can be purchased with your order. Check out our accessories section for options.
Are the photos of the camera the actual item I receive?
Yes. The images shown in the product listing are of the exact camera you will receive.
Can I reserve or hold a specific model of camera?
No, we don’t offer holds or reservations. All drops are first come, first served. Follow us on Instagram to stay updated and be on the website as soon as we go live with the drop!
Where are you located? Do you ship internationally?
We’re based in Perth, Western Australia. At this stage, we ship within Australia only and do not offer international shipping.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 2 business days (or 1 business day for express). After dispatch, delivery times are:
- Standard: 4–7 business days
- Express: 2–5 business days
What is your returns policy?
We offer 7 day returns if your camera has an issue not listed in the description. Items must be returned in the same condition they arrived in. This gives you time to test your purchase. Please see our full Returns Policy page for details.
